So Shape, a fast‑growing European food‑tech DTC brand behind So Shape Challenge and BRKFST, needed to scale online purchases while maximizing return on ad spend. Their challenge was to efficiently acquire customers and lower cost per sale across channels, using Snapchat as a core performance marketing platform.

By adopting a lean campaign structure (~10 ad sets per country), high creative rotation, broad prospecting and segmented retargeting—and leveraging Snap Ads, Story Ads, Collection and Dynamic Ads with Snap Pixel on Shopify—So Shape unlocked stronger performance. Snapchat delivered the best results of any channel: 100% more purchases vs. forecast, 2x higher ROAS vs. forecast, 2x lower cost per add‑to‑cart, and the lowest cost per sale and cost per click.
