Snap Drives Deliciously Good Results for Bomb Pop

Bomb Pop, the iconic frozen-snack brand, needed to boost cultural relevance and deepen engagement with tweens while standing out from competitors and driving purchase intent. Knowing their audience were avid Snapchat users, Bomb Pop sought a platform-driven strategy to make meaningful connections with this group.

They ran a multi-product Snapchat campaign using Snap Ads, Commercials, Lenses and Filters, including goal-based bidding on Shares for an AR Lens that peaked at a 9% share rate. The effort delivered double-digit gains: +16 points in brand awareness, +13 points in brand favorability, a 12.4x lift versus Snapchat’s CPG norms for favorability, and a +7-point increase in purchase intent, outperforming typical CPG campaigns on the platform.
