Skeidar, a leading Norwegian furniture retailer, faced the common online retail challenge of helping shoppers understand how furniture would look and fit in their own spaces—images alone weren’t enough to create the in‑store confidence needed for purchase. They sought a more immersive shopping experience to reduce uncertainty and boost conversions.
Working with agency Re:Media and Snapchat, Skeidar launched a Catalog‑powered Shopping Lens that let users place outdoor garden furniture in AR, inspect pieces from different angles, and tap product cards to buy directly on Skeidar’s site. The full‑funnel campaign also used Dynamic, Collection, Snap and Story Ads, delivering a 15x ROAS and lifting Brand Favorability by 21 percentage points and Action Intent by 14 percentage points among those exposed to the Lens.
