RBX Active is a Shopify-based athleisure brand that sells affordable apparel, footwear, and accessories. Seeking to expand beyond their traditional mom- and 40+ customer base, the team needed a way to reach younger shoppers and revive products that hadn’t performed on other platforms, like bike shorts, bras, and men’s sneakers.

Using the Snapchat Ads app in Shopify, RBX quickly deployed the Snap Pixel, synced their product catalog, and launched Story Ads optimized with Goal-Based Bidding for purchases. The straightforward setup and targeting to Snapchat’s largely Gen Z and millennial audience delivered strong returns: a 5x ROAS on their bra line and a 9x ROAS on men’s sneakers, while freeing the team to focus on other growth needs.
