PANGAIA, a materials‑science fashion brand focused on eco‑conscious products, partnered with Snapchat in Q4 2021 to amplify its Earth‑positive messaging and boost holiday performance. The challenge was to substantiate campaign creative, broaden brand awareness, and increase ROAS and conversions across Black Friday and the holiday period.
PANGAIA ran Story Ads, Snap Ads and diversified Dynamic Product Ads (Story DPAs and Collection DPAs), plus three video creatives and ad‑frame tests to reach prospecting and remarketing audiences. The campaign cut costs and lifted returns — CPA and CPM fell dramatically (71% and 76% lower vs. other social), ROAS rose strongly (278% vs. other social; DPAs delivered ~200% above target and one video achieved an 808% ROAS lift) — with Collection DPAs driving the majority of sales.
