Orange Bank Generates Leads and Acquires New Users with Performance Campaigns on Snapchat

Orange Bank, a 100% mobile bank in France, partnered with agency Jellyfish to reach new customers on Snapchat and test the platform’s potential beyond its teen audience. The challenge was to generate valuable leads and scale customer acquisition by identifying the right Snapchat audience and creative approach.

Jellyfish ran immersive Snap Ads in the Stories feed and implemented the Snap Pixel to track signups and continually optimize targeting, messaging, and landing pages. The campaign delivered strong business results—49% lower cost per lead versus other social campaigns and 2x higher ROAS—hitting CPL targets by week 2, then reducing CPL a further 30% after week 3, prompting an extension of the campaign.
