OGX®, a Johnson & Johnson Consumer hair-care brand known for its exotic shampoos and conditioners, wanted to connect with customers in Saudi Arabia during Ramadan 2021 and educate them about product benefits relevant to the moment while driving online sales.

OGX® partnered with Snapchat on a video full‑funnel campaign—using Commercials for awareness and Collection Ads to showcase products and drive traffic to e‑commerce partner Al Nahdi with seamless swipe‑up SKU pages. The campaign reached 1.9M Snapchatters, delivered a 36% increase in sales, and achieved a $3.70 ROAS, far exceeding expectations.
