Nice One Achieves Benchmark-Breaking ROAS through Snap Lens

Nice One, the largest e-commerce beauty retailer in the Middle East based in Saudi Arabia, wanted to innovate its online shopping experience by tapping into augmented reality to better engage customers and drive conversions.

Partnering with Snap, Nice One added a Snapchat Lens to its existing Snap Ads and Story Ads (testing began October 29), offering a simple AR “try-on” that encouraged sharing and expanded reach. This multi-product approach let Snapchat’s algorithms match formats to users and enriched the shopping experience for females 17–45, delivering a 3.08X ROAS, a 15.23% conversion rate and an average Lens playtime of 13 seconds — results that exceeded expectations and secured AR as a core channel.
