Call Me, a value-focused sub-brand of Telia established in 2009, wanted to grow incremental reach and win customers from other carriers while boosting brand awareness and swipe-ups among a “cold” audience. To do this it needed a channel that could precisely target users currently with rival providers and deliver meaningful full-screen engagement.
Working with agency 8360 and Snap, Call Me used Snapchat’s targeting plus a Spotify Premium discount to drive conversions, deploying a multi-product mix of Story Ads and Commercial Ads (the latter guaranteeing at least six seconds of full-screen time). The campaign delivered more than 1 million impressions, reached over 481,000 potential leads and generated 30,000+ 13‑second video views, prompting Call Me to continue building its Snapchat strategy.
