Motorola partnered with Snapchat to raise awareness and consideration for the moto g7 power, a smartphone promoted for its up to three-day battery life. The challenge was to effectively educate and engage consumers about this differentiating feature in a crowded mobile market.
Motorola ran a diversified campaign of Snap Ads (bidding on swipes) and Story Ads (bidding on opens) with strong branding and creative best practices to demonstrate real battery benefits. Measured by a Kantar Millward Brown brand lift study and Snapchat internal data, the campaign drove +4 points in product awareness, +8 points in ad awareness, +9 points in ad awareness when exposed to multiple products, and +3 points in consideration intent.
