Milka, a leading chocolate brand in France, needed to stand out during the highly competitive Easter period and keep its seasonal product range top of mind with 18–50 year olds. The challenge was to create a memorable, engaging presence amid heavy category advertising.
Milka partnered with AR studio Busterwood and agency KR Wavemaker on a multi-format campaign (Snap Ads, TV, Face & World AR Lenses), centering on an AR virtual egg hunt on Snapchat. The campaign reached 4.3M people, delivered an average AR playtime of 18 seconds, and drove strong ad recall: +11 points overall and +32 points among users exposed to the Lens.
