MeUndies, a bold, sustainability-minded underwear brand built around individuality and community, needed to acquire more new customers—especially during the holiday season. To reach audiences it couldn’t find elsewhere, MeUndies partnered with Snapchat and agency adMixt to test a native, storytelling approach to prospecting.

Using Snapchat Story Ads with goal‑based bidding and the Snap Pixel to build lookalike and customer-list audiences, MeUndies broadened reach, built brand storytelling, and retargeted high‑intent shoppers. The campaign delivered 4x lower CPMs vs. other platforms and drove major performance gains: a 242% ROAS increase on prospecting and a 66% ROAS increase on remarketing month‑over‑month, ultimately scaling new‑customer acquisition.
