Landmark achieves 36% higher in-store ROAS using Snapchat Dynamic Ads & offline Conversions API

The Landmark Group’s Centrepoint brand in KSA — part of one of the largest retail and hospitality groups in the Middle East, Africa and India — needed to convert high levels of mobile discovery and product research into more consistent in-store purchases. Their challenge was to reach Snapchat’s audience effectively and tie mobile ad engagement to offline sales across their omnichannel experience.

Working with ForwardPMX and Snapchat partner StitcherAds, Centrepoint used Snapchat Dynamic Ads fed from their product catalog and processed daily in-store transactions via the Snapchat Conversions API to attribute sales across 74 stores. The campaign delivered a 36% higher in-store ROAS, a 270% higher average in-store order value versus the next-best social channel, a 76% more efficient CPM, plus strong in-app purchase performance.
