Kiehl’s Drives 145% Incremental Lift in Purchases With Full-funnel Strategic Campaign

Kiehl’s, a L’Oréal D2C brand, wanted to move beyond its usual lower-funnel activity on Snapchat to build awareness and expand its customer base across the platform’s 20M users in KSA while driving more sales on its website.

Working with Kiehl’s, we tested a full-funnel strategy that layered upper- and mid-funnel objectives (Video Views, Page Views) on top of existing lower-funnel assets and ran a conversion lift study to measure impact. The campaign delivered strong lifts across the funnel—+172% page views, +133% incremental adds to cart and +145% incremental purchases (25–34 year olds saw a 256% lift)—and reached 2.38M Snapchatters (35%+ of the target audience).
