Home Centre Ramadan Campaign Delivers Record Breaking Offline ROAS in KSA and UAE

Home Centre, a leading home retailer across the Middle East, North Africa and the Indian subcontinent, partnered with Assembly and Snapchat for a Ramadan campaign to promote a new brand identity and drive foot traffic to stores in KSA and the UAE.

They deployed Snapchat AR Lenses (UAE), Snap Ads and Story Ads, and creator video content, while implementing a Conversions API for privacy-safe offline conversion tracking and a Brand Lift study. The campaign delivered a 75x ROAS in UAE and 29.5x in KSA, with AR driving 50x ROAS in the UAE and creators’ content averaging 2.1x higher ROAS versus other videos; First Commercials also lifted brand awareness (+5 pts), ad awareness (+4 pts), brand favourability (+9 pts), action intent (+6 pts) and reached 20% incremental users.
