H-E-B Partners With Snapchat for Successful Holiday Campaign

Texas grocery chain H-E-B, with over 320 stores across the state, partnered with Snapchat to drive holiday sales during the busy 2021 season. The brand’s challenge was to reach both existing and potential shoppers and motivate convenient in‑store and online purchases during peak seasonal shopping.

H-E-B ran a multi‑ad product campaign on Snap—using Snap Ads, Story Ads, and Collection Ads—and integrated with Acxiom to measure incremental ROAS. The campaign delivered a $7.14 incremental ROAS and drove strong brand lifts, including a +7‑point increase in shopping intent and a +6‑point increase in likelihood to recommend H-E-B.
