Guerlain Takes Over Snapchat for the Holidays with a Full Funnel Campaign

Guerlain tapped Snapchat for its 2020 holiday push to reach its target audience, increase brand awareness and favorability, and drive online sales during a critical season. The challenge was to create an immersive, measurable campaign that would both emotionally engage users and move performance metrics.

Guerlain ran a full-funnel Snapchat campaign using AR World Lenses, Snap/Story Ads, Commercials, Collection Ads and Dynamic Ads so users could explore an “enchanted Christmas garden” and interact with fragrances, skincare and make-up, while video and shopping formats drove engagement and traffic. The campaign reached 4.1 million Snapchatters in France and lifted brand awareness by +6 points, brand favorability by +7 points, and brand favorability by +13 points among users exposed to the AR Lens.
