FTY Sees Benchmark-Beating CPI with Snap SKAN Campaign

FTY, a Japan-based hyper-casual game developer, wanted to launch a SKAdNetwork (SKAN) campaign for its new game, *stop the flow!*, and needed to drive installs at the lowest possible CPI amid Apple’s ATT changes. FTY turned to Snapchat for help configuring and optimizing a Snap Ads SKAN campaign across multiple global markets.

Working closely with Snapchat, FTY used market-specific ad sets, 13+ iOS audience targeting, and creative best practices to improve engagement and explain gameplay. The Snapchat campaign delivered strong efficiency and scale, achieving 25% lower CPI than other platforms’ SKAN campaigns and 20% lower CPI than FTY’s internal benchmark, while later expanding into Story Ads and additional titles.
