Faces Ramadan Brand-formance Campaign Bridges Offline and Online and Delivers 10 pts Lift on e-commerce Purchases

FACES, a leading omni-channel beauty retailer in the Middle East, partnered with Snapchat for an omnichannel Ramadan campaign to boost Ramadan creative awareness and drive both in-store and e-commerce traffic and purchases across UAE and KSA. The challenge was to bridge brand-building and performance goals—raising reach and brand metrics while also increasing online sales.

FACES deployed premium camera and content formats—three AR lenses (Pre‑Ramadan, Ramadan, Eid), First Commercials, Story and Snap ads, creator videos, and DPA—alongside Brand Lift and Conversion Lift measurement. The campaign drove a 10.38% lift in purchases (25+), delivered 57% incremental reach from the Lens in UAE and strong incremental reach from First Commercials in KSA, saw creators’ content achieve 1.4x higher ROAS than other videos, and generated a 10.9x online ROAS in KSA while producing meaningful brand lifts across awareness and favorability.
