Coffee Mate, a long-established coffee creamer brand, faced the challenge of launching a bold new flavored liquid creamer line and reaching a new, local audience while driving trial through in‑store sampling and digital ads.
The brand ran a 360° Snapchat campaign — a national filter takeover on December 6 (morning/afternoon/evening filters linked to a lens) plus a highly efficient Snap Ad video flight from Dec 6–13 showcasing three SKUs — to drive reach, frequency and sampling. The campaign delivered strong uplifts in brand metrics, including a +9.8pp lift in brand awareness and a +8.5pp lift in brand favorability, along with increased ad awareness.
