Christian Dior Couture successfully drives sales using sneakers virtual try-on

Christian Dior Couture partnered with Snapchat to build awareness and excitement around the launch of its new B27 sneakers and to drive online sales. The challenge was to create an engaging, realistic try-on experience for multiple shoe styles that would reach consumers organically and through paid channels.

Dior used Snapchat’s new Business Profile and an AR Lens showcasing six B27 models, promoted in the Lenses carousel and via Snap Ads to AR Lens with direct links to purchase. The campaign delivered strong business impact: an overall ROAS of 3.8X, 6.2X ROAS from the carousel promotion, and more than 2.3 million organic Lens views via the Business Profile.
