Champs Sports partnered with Nike for the Refresh Your Game Back-to-School campaign and faced the challenge of recreating the in-store shoe try-on experience for shoppers at home while driving efficient online sales of Nike’s new collection.
They deployed a multi-product Snapchat campaign—shoppable AR Lenses that let users virtually try on two Nike styles (avg. 15 seconds engagement; 3.69% lens share rate), plus Snap Ads and Dynamic Ads to drive and retarget traffic. The AR Lens delivered 44% incremental reach, exposure to both product ads and the Lens raised conversion rates by 53% versus product ads alone, and overall ROAS climbed 32% year-over-year.
