CB2, the modern furniture brand, needed to boost ad efficiency and scale performance beyond its internal ROAS benchmarks while maintaining strong conversion volumes. The challenge was to find a high-performing, scalable tactic that could lift returns across evergreen conversion campaigns.

CB2 combined aspirational, on-brand creative (prominent logo, striking visuals and sound) with broad testing of audience targeting and CRM segments, then introduced Dynamic Ads as an evergreen tactic. Dynamic Ads immediately drove a ROAS of $118 and, after allocating incremental budget, overall ROAS climbed to about 46% above CB2’s internal benchmark, prompting further budget increases.
