Cabify, the mobility app, wanted to better engage Generation Z in Spain after learning that traditional discount offers didn’t resonate with this audience. To boost awareness and app installs among younger users, the company partnered with Snapchat to find a more engaging way to connect.
Cabify’s team built an interactive AR Lens in Lens Studio: a playful hunting game that placed vouchers on users’ foreheads to be “caught” by raising their eyebrows, and served as an early beta test for app‑install goal‑based bidding. The campaign drove high engagement—over 22K saves/shares and a +13s average play time—while delivering 2x ROAS and a 16% lower cost per install.
