Boosting Global Applications for Luiss University Through Snapchat Advertising

Luiss University, a Rome-based institution, partnered with Snapchat to reach high school students abroad and raise awareness of its international programs with the goal of increasing foreign applications. The challenge was to communicate the university’s diverse curriculum to prospective students in key regions and convert interest into completed applications.

Working with agency Pomilio Blumm, Luiss ran short-video Snapchat Ads optimized for the platform, using strict geo-targeting and the autofill Lead Generation feature to streamline sign-ups. The campaign delivered more than 500 leads — 43% more than other channels combined — a 3% higher swipe-up rate than other platforms, and converted 63% of those leads into applications.
