Booking.com uses Dynamic Ads for Remarketing to Drive Incremental Bookings

Booking.com, a global travel bookings platform, wanted to reach a new, engaged audience and drive incremental bookings by remarketing users who had viewed properties on their site. To do this they partnered with Snapchat to test dynamic ads for remarketing and expand reach in the United States.

Using Snapchat Dynamic Ads, Booking.com dynamically pulled property images and details from their catalog to retarget users with locally relevant listings based on what they’d viewed. The campaign delivered 10.7M impressions, achieved a 20% lower cost per purchase than other US advertisers and a 1.3x higher swipe-up rate, and produced positive incremental lift in bookings on both web and app—especially among Snapchatters aged 21–24.
