Alsaif Gallery, a Gulf-region household retailer focused on Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait, set out to capture the largest share of pre-Ramadan sales by engaging millennials with a preparatory shopping narrative before other retailers launched offers. Facing a limited time window to reach and convert young shoppers, the brand needed a fast, targeted approach to drive website purchases ahead of Ramadan.
Alsaif partnered with Snapchat and ran a multi-product campaign using Snap Ads, Story Ads and Dynamic Ads—targeting prospect and lookalike audiences before moving to retargeting—and used a Burst Campaign through March into Ramadan. The effort delivered strong conversion and reach: more than 3.5x return on investment, a 6.5x ROAS pre-Ramadan, and 45% of sales driven by Story Ads, prompting the retailer to continue using Snapchat for future campaigns.
