adidas, a leading athletic apparel and footwear brand, partnered with Snapchat to boost Black Friday performance in the UAE. Their goal was to own seasonal moments, increase Share of Voice and ad awareness, and hit ambitious sell‑out and e‑commerce targets among Snapchat users.

They ran a multi‑format campaign combining high‑impact camera and content units — a National Gamified Lens (Nov 26–27), an Auction Lens through month‑end, plus Commercials and Dynamic Product Ads across November. The approach drove a +12‑point lift in ad awareness, 59% incremental reach from AR and Commercials, and a 9x ROAS for adidas’ e‑commerce performance campaigns.
