adidas Canada faced ongoing shelter-in-place restrictions and retail closures in early 2021 and needed an efficient way to convert online shoppers as athleisure demand grew. The brand also had to manage product inventory shifts while hitting ROAS targets and reaching priority audience segments.
adidas ran a month-long Snapchat campaign focused solely on Dynamic Product Ads for both prospecting and retargeting, using the Snap Pixel to optimize for purchases. The activation drove a 7% incremental purchase lift, a $23 cost per incremental purchase, a +10.5% lift among women, and delivered a $4.43 incremental ROAS, with particularly strong results from 18–20-year-olds and older millennials.
