Accor opens the doors of its loyalty program to Snapchatters

Accor relaunched its ALL loyalty program with two clear goals: recruit new members and drive bookings and account activity through its app, targeting tech‑savvy, international travelers. The challenge was to reach that specific audience and convert them into app installers and frequent users.

Accor ran two new creatives (video and static) on Snapchat using Story Ads, App Install Ads, and Deep Link Ads, plus high‑precision geolocation to target intentional international travelers. The campaign boosted downloads and app reopenings and outperformed Accor’s parallel campaigns on other platforms: for new users it delivered 2.6x more bookings and 4.5x more ROAS, and for existing users 4x more bookings and 5x more ROAS.
