Paycor, a provider of recruiting, HR and payroll solutions for more than 30,000 small- and medium-sized businesses, needed to expand its pipeline and hit a marketing-influenced revenue target. The marketing team realized they couldn’t operate in a silo and had to align more closely with sales to meet changing buyer expectations and improve lead qualification.
