Blackbaud, a leader in cloud software for nonprofit organizations with over 40,000 customers in 60 countries, wanted to drive awareness and higher-quality leads for its Blackbaud University training program. Despite investing in demand generation across its nearly 40 product offerings, the company’s campaigns weren’t delivering the volume or caliber of leads it needed.
To address this, the marketing team built interactive SnapApps with lead-qualifying questions that let prospects visualize benefits and “try on” peer results for their own organizations. Those interactive assets increased warm leads in the sales pipeline, became a go-to sales tool (replacing static decks with the “Save 20 Minutes” resource), and delivered nearly 500 qualified leads in two months, helping sales reach 184% of quota in March and finish Q1 at 133% of quota.
