Remmers Gruppe AG, an independent manufacturer of construction chemicals and coatings, faced challenges with inefficient, manual lead capture at trade shows and poor CRM data quality from their internal sales teams. Their initial digital lead app lacked critical functions, and the manual entry of contact data was a significant burden, delaying processes and creating incomplete records. This led them to seek a solution from vendor snapADDY, specifically its VisitReport and DataQuality products.

snapADDY provided a digital solution with its VisitReport app for offline lead capture at trade shows and its DataQuality tool to automatically capture and update contact data from email signatures. This implementation by snapADDY resulted in a drastically accelerated lead process, more complete and accurate CRM data, and a significant reduction in the bounce rate for marketing emails. Following a successful pilot, the tools were rolled out to 138 employees, improving efficiency and user acceptance of their CRM system.
