How Parts Town Helps Its Buyers Purchase With Confidence

Parts Town, an industrial e-commerce company, needed a better way to help buyers order the correct replacement part the first time. To solve this challenge, Parts Town turned to Snap36 and its 360-degree product imaging and robotic studio equipment to improve online product visibility and confidence.

Snap36 photographed 25,000 products in three months and trained the Parts Town photography team to use its robotic equipment for the remaining 40,000 products. The result was PartSPIN, the industry’s first mobile app using 360-degree imagery, which improved user experience, expanded technical support capabilities, and helped customers identify parts more accurately across devices.
