Youth Sport Trust asked Snap Surveys to run a national online survey to assess PE and sport provision across UK schools, targeting over 21,000 maintained schools and promising each participating school a free personalised benchmarking report. To meet this scale and the need for consistent, tailored feedback, the Youth Sport Trust engaged Snap Surveys’ research team and its Smart Report / Dynamic Smart Reports capability.

Snap Surveys built a Smart Report template and, once data were collected, produced 1,933 personalised reports in under two hours. Each report delivered benchmark comparisons, commentary, charts, highlighted key results and separate sections for primary and secondary schools, giving the Youth Sport Trust fast, accurate, high-volume reporting — a solution the Trust praised for its flexibility, responsiveness and quality.
