Skills for Care supports 1.5 million workers with Snap Surveys

Skills for Care, an organization supporting over 17,000 adult social care employers in England, faced the challenge of preparing the sector for the large-scale changes brought by the 2016 Care Act. They needed an effective way to guide professionals through a vast library of workforce capacity planning resources and assess their readiness. Snap Surveys worked with them to develop a tailored questionnaire solution.

The solution designed by Snap Surveys was an online questionnaire that analyzed responses to calculate a readiness score and automatically generate a personalized email report for each user. This report provided tailored recommendations and direct links to the most appropriate resources. As a result, Skills for Care could effectively target their support tools, while also collecting aggregated, anonymized data to understand the overall preparedness of the sector and report this back to the Department of Health.
