Skills for Care - Customer Case Study

Skills for Care, which supports more than 17,000 adult social care employers and 1.5 million workers in England, faced the challenge of helping organisations prepare for major changes under the Care Act while also understanding sector-wide readiness. Working with Snap Surveys, Skills for Care needed a way to sign-post professionals to the right resources, give them a quick sense of their preparedness, and gather anonymised, aggregated data to prioritise support and report to the Department of Health.

Snap Surveys designed a Workforce Capacity Planning Model questionnaire that scores responses, maps users to the most relevant case studies, documents and tools, and sends an automated, personalised email report with tailored recommendations. As a result, Skills for Care can now target WCPM resources more effectively, provide immediate, customised guidance to participants, and collect aggregated readiness data to guide service development and reporting to stakeholders such as the Department of Health.
