Princeton National Surveys Leverages Powerful Features of Snap Survey Software

Princeton National Surveys, a long-term client of Snap Surveys, needed to collect complex, tightly balanced respondent samples for online studies—things like interlocking quotas across brand purchase, gender, ZIP code and device type—that simpler DIY survey tools couldn’t handle. Using Snap Survey Software and Snap WebHost, PNS faced the challenge of qualifying low‑incidence respondents while simultaneously balancing multiple demographic and behavioral characteristics.

Snap Surveys delivered a solution using derived variables and interlocking quotas in Snap WebHost to combine, convert and gate responses (including numeric entries and detected screen size), plus dynamic redirect URLs for filled quotas and third‑party panel handling. The implementation let PNS precisely qualify and monitor samples, achieve equal splits across test vs. competing brand buyers while balancing demographics, and deliver measurable benefits: higher sample quality, lower costs and reduced overage waste.
