A Snap Surveys Case Study
Circadian Trust, the charitable trust running five South Gloucestershire leisure centres and three dual‑use sports facilities, needed robust annual staff and customer satisfaction surveys that worked online and offline and produced centre‑level comparisons. To reach 804 staff and a customer base drawn from about 2.5 million annual visits, Circadian engaged Snap Surveys to manage distribution and analysis, drawing on SNAP survey software and mixed‑mode data collection to maximize response rates.
Snap Surveys implemented a blended approach — online surveys, mailed paper surveys with freepost return, QR‑code access, and database email invitations — then merged and analyzed responses (including crosstabs and z‑tests) and delivered customised Smart Reports for each of the eight sites. The customer survey captured 3,548 responses, and Snap Surveys presented findings and recommendations to management; the insights have informed Circadian Trust’s business and investment planning and driven positive changes to services and staff policies.
