Bournemouth Borough Council regularly surveys tenants and residents to identify service improvements and to monitor the impact of new initiatives. They planned to design and analyse the questionnaire in-house but needed a partner to handle printing, mailing and delivery of cleaned, weighted data; Snap Surveys provided the printing, mailing and data-processing support using Snap survey files.

Snap Surveys developed a sampling plan to ensure a representative ward-level sample, printed and mailed surveys to over 2,600 households, manually entered returned responses into a Snap survey file, applied weighting, and delivered cleaned, weighted data ready for analysis. The result was a reliable, representative dataset the council could use immediately, and Bournemouth Borough Council praised Snap Surveys for their accuracy, flexibility and smooth project management.
