Belgian Initiative, PT3, Using Snap Surveys to Measure Patient Satisfaction

PT3, a Belgian initiative that measures satisfaction across hospital services, needed a mobile-first way to collect and compare patient feedback—especially from emergency wards. To solve this, PT3 partnered with Snap Surveys, using Snap Survey Software and the Snap Mobile Anywhere capability to create mobile patient satisfaction tools and automated reporting.

Snap Surveys built a pre-set pack of 12 measurement surveys with fully automated reports that can be rolled out to hospitals as a service or package; five hospitals are already participating and more are expected. The Snap Surveys solution enables on-the-go mobile surveying, helps hospitals compare satisfaction ratios, aligns with the Flemish VIP reporting project, and is estimated to save each hospital the equivalent of one half-time staff member per year.
