Pivoting Employee Perks From The Office To The Home Seamlessly

AEDIT, a New York City health tech company, needed a simple way to keep employees engaged and provide remote perks when the team suddenly shifted to work-from-home during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a long-time client of SnackMagic’s earlier Stadium platform, they were looking for an easy transition to a virtual gifting solution that would replace in-office lunch perks and support a staff of 28.

SnackMagic provided AEDIT with customizable snack boxes delivered directly to employees’ homes, along with a Treats Dashboard for easy admin tracking and fulfillment. The solution was quick to set up, required less manual work, and became part of the company culture: employees loved choosing their own snacks, a Slack channel formed around food talk, and SnackMagic was used for every new hire going forward, with AEDIT planning to hire about six more people in the next few months.
