Talent Rover, a fully integrated, Salesforce-based staffing and recruiting platform, faced a gap: its customers couldn’t send SMS messages to candidates directly from the Talent Rover interface despite mobile becoming the preferred channel for millennial candidates. To address that need, Talent Rover partnered with SMS-Magic to bring native texting capabilities into their platform.

SMS-Magic’s plug-and-play messaging platform was integrated into Talent Rover, enabling in-platform job alerts, interview scheduling, confirmations and feedback without switching apps. The results were measurable: SMS messages have a ~98% read rate and replies often arrive within minutes (about 9x the response rate of email), driving faster interview scheduling, quicker post-interview feedback, higher candidate engagement, improved operational efficiency and increased customer loyalty for Talent Rover clients.
