Beer Home Team (BHT), a leading Southern California residential real estate team, needed a modern, client-preferred channel for fast, conversational communications—without agents texting from personal numbers or losing message history. They wanted seamless integration with their custom Salesforce build and selected SMS-Magic’s messaging platform (including the Converse Desktop) to enable CRM-based texting and automated workflows.
SMS-Magic was implemented in Salesforce to deliver personalized, milestone-triggered text automations (15–20 flows) across the lead-to-close lifecycle—appointment reminders, staging and inspection alerts, event campaigns, and post-close surveys. The result: more two-way conversations, higher customer satisfaction (texting accounts for roughly 25% of their improved service), increased operational efficiency and capacity (transactions per team member rose by about 15%), and simpler transaction oversight through SMS-Magic’s message history in Salesforce.
