Stamp-n-Storage, a maker of modular, space-efficient organizers for craft lovers, wanted to boost customer loyalty and repeat purchases. They partnered with Smile.io to add a branded loyalty program—Storage Rewards—into their ecommerce store to reward account sign-ups, purchases, referrals and social shares and to make the value of rewards easy to understand.
Smile.io implemented the Storage Rewards program with a clear explainer page and five earning actions, driving measurable gains: $1M in reward-member revenue in just over nine months, a 38% repeat purchase rate, +100% new reward members (3,853 new members, ~12/day), and an 8% increase in average order value. Smile.io’s loyalty solution directly increased engagement and repeat revenue for Stamp-n-Storage.
