Buttonscarves, a leading lifestyle brand from Indonesia, faced the challenge of turning first-time buyers into repeat customers across its expanding online and physical retail channels. They needed a unified loyalty program to consistently reward shoppers whether they purchased online, in-store, or via their app. To address this, they turned to the vendor Smile.io to implement an omnichannel loyalty solution.

The solution implemented was the BSLady Club program, built on Smile.io. This program allowed customers to earn and redeem points seamlessly across all sales channels, including for purchases and for leaving product reviews. The results were significant, with loyalty members spending 15 times more than non-members and having a lifetime value 22 times higher. The program also achieved a 31% average yearly redemption rate, demonstrating high customer engagement with Smile.io.
