Evy's Tree, a San Francisco–based luxury hoodie brand, wanted to increase repeat purchases and customer engagement on its Shopify store. To do this they added a Smile.io rewards program (the Smile.io app) to create a more visually engaging, loyalty-driven shopping experience.

Using Smile.io, Evy's Tree launched the "Who’s Hoo Rewards" program with prominent on-site display and a clear explainer page, rewarding sign-ups, purchases and referrals. In under a year the program drove over $1.1M in member revenue, enrolled about 3,835 reward members, raised repeat purchase rate to 18.53% and achieved a 51% points redemption rate—showing strong engagement and measurable ROI from Smile.io.
