Zimmermann, a long-standing Smartzer collaborator, wanted to make its Resort RTW 2020 "Super Eight" campaign video shoppable without disrupting the brand’s carefully curated visual aesthetic. To achieve this, Zimmermann worked with Smartzer to apply an interactive overlay that let viewers discover and shop looks directly from the campaign video.
Smartzer implemented a subtle interactive overlay and sidebar carousel across Zimmermann’s AU, US and UK sites, using the player’s multi-market tracking with unique IDs to separate analytics by region. The campaign delivered a 14% average CTR and a 34% overall engagement rate, helped drive strong seasonal sales, and demonstrated how Smartzer’s shoppable video can convert viewers while preserving the content’s visual appeal.
