Ralph Lauren partnered with Smartzer to turn its Elite x Forces of Nature campaign into an on-site commerce opportunity, addressing the challenge of connecting film-partnered content with purchasable product experiences. Ralph Lauren sought a way to enrich its on-site Elite content so users could explore and buy pieces seen in the videos rather than relying on passive visual references.
Smartzer implemented its interactive, shoppable video platform—adding “Shop The Look” click-to-buy hotspots, a left-hand carousel of shoppable looks, mobile-optimized vertical edits, and language- and currency-optimized global experiences, plus automated retargeting across the Google network. The campaign delivered strong engagement: Interactive Views = 33.94% and CTR = 7.86%, demonstrating Smartzer’s ability to strengthen the on-site consumer journey and drive measurable commerce outcomes.
