Lil Milan, an Italian jewellery brand, wanted to create a more engaging shopping experience for customers while showcasing its latest collection and giving viewers a chance to ask questions directly to the founder. To do this, it turned to Smartzer’s livestreaming and shoppable video technology for a live shopping event on its Shopify store.

Using Smartzer’s Shopify app, Lil Milan connected its product catalogue to the livestream so viewers could shop items in real time through product carousels and featured product links. The 45-minute event featured 10 products and delivered strong engagement, with 85% of viewers interacting and 61% clicking a CTA to learn more or purchase; the shoppable recording was later shared on Instagram for anyone who missed it.
